Guabo 4 WB was harvested on February 20th, 2025 from the Guabo lot located in Hacienda La Esmeralda’s El Velo farm. After harvest, the coffee cherries were taken to Hacienda La Esmeralda’s mill in Palmira, where they were depulped and fermented for 72 hours. This microlot coffee was then slow dried on raised beds for 24 days.
Guabo 4 WB has notes of passion fruit, lemongrass, peach, and jasmine.
