Daterra Collage Petit is a blend of SH3, Paraiso, Acaua and Catucai varietals. Our assemblage of varietal are further enhanced by blending three processes: Semi-carbonic fermentaton, pulped and honey . The results is highly complex layers of citric, lemon, passion fruit with hints of spices and an umami profile.
