This coffee was entered into the 2017 Best of Yunnan competition and this coffee made into the top 36 with a score of 82.03.
This is one of the coffees YCE used in the espresso blend at the SCA pop-up and served at the pour-over bar.
It is washed, patio-dried with 4C certification.
About Megnlian Yirong Coffee Farm
Located in Menglian County, Pu’er City, Yirong has been planting coffee for 20 years. It has helped the people from Lahu, Wa and Dai minority groups prosper through coffee production.
With Catimor P3 and P4 as its major variety, Yirong has an optimal altitude, climate, soil and water resource for coffee production. Coffee from Yirong features a high level of sweetness with good flavor. This si probably due to the mountain spring used for fermentation. The quality of coffee has been recognized by many buyers, which results in a higher selling price than average.
