Terms and Conditions remain unchanged from last year:
Payment for auction lots is due in FULL, within 15 days after the auction date. Check or Paypal is the preferred method of payment. Payment in full is required prior to the coffee being released from the warehouse. If payment is not received within 15 days, the lot may be forfeited to the next highest bidder.
The buyer of the auction lot is responsible for shipping costs whether you choose air freight, shipment on a consolidated container, or any other method. Incoterm is EXW unless indicated otherwise. Please contact your auction representative for advice on shipping and payment options.

International Bidders
In addition to the above, it must be understood that winners are responsible for all shipping costs and for accepting delivery immediately upon arrival in your country.
The winner is responsible for all costs associated, including but not limited to: storage, insurance, damage or loss, freight, documentation of freight, customs requirements for freight, and arranging freight forwarders.
