Coffee is produce. In the summer we find peaches and in the winter, pomegranates. Though we would love to see all the coffees which are being donated put together and sold in June, it is not really fair to the “pomegranate” producers. Some winter coffees are ready and, for the sake of quality, should be sold and roasted now.
The main auction is still scheduled for June 2nd and will include many great coffees generously donated from some of the world’s best specialty coffee producers. But now that we are in winter, we want to celebrate the best of what the Southern Hemisphere coffee growers have to offer.
Stay tuned for more information on the upcoming Winter Grounds for Health Auction– coming to you sometime in March!
